Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for In-Person Teaching & School Holiday Group Online Course

This policy applies to all services delivered in person, including teaching, interview workshops, activity workshops and mock exams. It also applies to our school holiday group online courses.

We understand that there may be occasions when customers need to cancel or reschedule their lessons. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please do so within 14 days of making your booking. Beyond this period, we are unable to accept requests for refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling.

If you have booked your lessons less than 14 days before the first lesson starts, we are unable to accept any requests for refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling.
 

We do not offer any credit for any lessons that you could not attend or carry forward missed lessons for future bookings. Any lessons that are not attended will be deemed as consumed and cannot be used for future bookings.
 

Cancellation Policy for Online Individual (One-to-One) Lessons & Term-Time Online Group Lessons

This policy applies to any online one-to-one lessons and term-time online group lessons. These lessons can be booked on a pay-as-you-go basis.

A minimum of 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If cancellation or rescheduling is requested less than 48 hours before the lesson, no refund, cancellation, or rescheduling will be accepted. If you have booked your lessons less than 48 hours before the lesson starts, we are unable to accept any requests for refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling.

If a lesson is missed for any reason by the attendee (student), it will be deemed as consumed, and no credit will be given to redeem future lessons.

If a lesson is cancelled by First Exams, a full refund will be processed.

We do not offer any credit for lessons that were not attended for any reasons, nor do we carry forward missed lessons for future bookings. Any lessons that are not attended will be deemed as consumed and cannot be used for future bookings.
